This clarification text has been prepared by BAŞARAN TRABZON OTELCİLİK TURİZM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (TRABZON-RAMADA) in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data: Your personal data, including your name, surname, email, phone number, and the message content you send us through the contact form on our website, will be processed for the purposes of following up on requests and complaints, conducting communication activities, and responding to you.

How Your Personal Data is Collected and Legal Grounds: Your personal data is collected automatically and electronically by recording the data you submit in the contact form on our website. The legal basis for collecting your personal data is our company’s legitimate interests.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data:
You can request the following by applying to our company:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed, and if processed, to request information about it;
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in compliance with that purpose;
• To learn about third parties, whether domestic or international, to whom your personal data is transferred;
